a. Agreement
Expression of agree artinya ekspresi atau ungkapan yang menyatakan setuju dengan pendapat orang lain. Expressing agree berarti mengekspresikan persetujuan.
b. Disagreement
Expression of disagree artinya ekspresi atau ungkapan yang menyatakan tidak setuju dengan pendapat orang lain. Expressing disagree berarti mengekspresikan ketidaksetujuan.

B. Penggunaan Agreement and Disagrement

1. Setuju (Agree) dengan yakin atau biasa dikenal dengan STRONG AGREEMENT. Semua ungkapan dibawah ini berarti SANGAT SETUJU alias 100% SETUJU.
